Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and begin healing.

My hope is that from our very first meeting, you’ll feel seen, supported, and met with genuine care.

What to Expect


Therapy is not about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you make sense of what’s happening inside and around you. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape how you move through the world, and we’ll work toward greater clarity, calm, and confidence.

My approach blends compassion with curiosity. Sessions often include gentle reflection, practical tools, and a focus on helping you connect with the parts of yourself that are ready for growth. Clients describe my style as warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative — a space where you can be fully yourself.

Before our first session, you’ll receive secure online forms to complete — these help me learn about your background, goals, and what led you to seek therapy now.

In our first meeting, we’ll talk about what you’d like to focus on and what feels most important to you. You’re welcome to share at your own pace; there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a space that feels safe and grounding, where you can start to exhale and get a sense of what working together might look like.

Many clients leave the first session feeling a bit lighter — simply from being heard and understood.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes and typically held weekly or biweekly, depending on your goals and availability. We’ll find a rhythm that supports your growth without feeling overwhelming.

  • I offer virtual therapy only for clients located anywhere in Illinois. Sessions are held through a secure telehealth platform.

  • For our first session, come as you are! Bring any questions, concerns, or hopes you have for our work together.

  • Session fees vary depending on the type and length of service. I’m happy to provide fee details and discuss payment options before scheduling your first appointment.

  • I currently accept:

    • Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO

    • Aetna PPO

    • United Healthcare PPO

    If you have a different insurance provider, you may choose to pay out of pocket and request reimbursement from your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits.
